“When Bart walked along with the police officers, he saw that the police is much more than fines and catching crooks. The community police officers in particular ensure a liveable neighbourhood, in every possible way. Personal, friendly and with humor. Bart thinks it is important to show this face of the police to the Netherlands. To do that, he wants to reinvent the most violent, annoying, dominant tool of the police: the siren.

Essentially, the siren was once composed by someone. It is the 'sound track' of the police. Can we keep the sound track, but bring it in a different way?”
