Book about De Tostifabriek, a project in the middle of Amsterdam. They would make a ham and cheese sandwich all the way from the beginning. With a small field for grain for the bread. Stables for pigs (for the ham) and cows (for the cheese). Right in the middle of Amsterdam.

The book 'De Tostifabriek' is a children's book about the project. Cut in half, like a real toasty. Available through Lemniscaat.
